SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At Zero Rodents, we prioritize swift and attentive service for our valued customers, aiming for prompt order processing and delivery in a timely manner.
Our typical order processing time ranges from 30 minutes to 24 hours.
We are shipping from our warehouses located in Canada.
Once the order is placed, our warehouse department will choose the shipping company and warehouse, based on the product availability and zip code.
An email confirmation will be sent out as soon as your tracking number is available.
Canada- Shipping fee
Free on orders over $140 CAD (before discounts). Delivery takes 5–8 business days, or up to 14, depending on location.
For orders under $140, a flat shipping fee of $12.99 CAD applies.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER/SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
If you wish to change or cancel your order, kindly get in touch with us promptly. After submitting your order you have 30 minutes to cancel it or change the delivery address by contacting us via email support@zerorodents.ca.
Once your order has entered our warehouse processing phase, we regret to inform you that no further alterations can be accommodated.
Please be aware that orders that have already been prepared for shipment or have been dispatched are ineligible for cancellation.
We will inform you about the outcome of your request or provide any additional instructions and guidance through email within 24 hours of your request.
TAX & IMPORT DUTIES
Please be advised that as the seller, we do not cover any associated taxes, import duties, or any other supplementary expenses that may arise in connection with your order. These additional costs, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be settled in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the relevant authorities or jurisdictions. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the tax and import duty policies in your specific location to ensure compliance and avoid any unforeseen expenses.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local postal regulations regarding restricted items, as we cannot assume liability for any items that may be declined entry into the destination country.
